These placeholder Terms & Conditions outline the general basis on which Crafty Catepillars ("we", "us") offers craft sessions to customers ("you"). This text is provided for demonstration purposes only and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before the site goes live.
Bookings & payment
Sessions are booked in advance via our website or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations & changes
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session may be moved to an alternative date, free of charge.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
- We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
Health & safety
Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities or additional needs at the time of booking so we can prepare appropriately. A parent or guardian remains responsible for their child during any session where they are not required to stay.
Photography
We may take photographs during sessions for promotional use. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would prefer your child not to be photographed.
